Lottery detailsDo you guarantee the visa?+
No. No agency can guarantee a visa, because the decision belongs to the embassy or government authority. What we guarantee is a complete, organised and correctly submitted file.
Are you part of an embassy?+
No. We are an independent private company registered in the UK, with no connection to any embassy or government body.
Do I need to visit the office?+
No. Everything happens online in your account: agreement, documents, payment and tracking. Only interviews and biometrics at the embassy or visa centre are in person.
When do I pay?+
In two instalments: the first after we approve your documents, the final only after approval. Nothing is paid before your file is approved.
What if the application is refused?+
You don’t pay the final instalment. The first instalment isn’t refundable after submission because the work has been done, as set out in the agreement.
