Before the first instalment
You may cancel at any time at no cost.
After the first instalment, before submission
You may cancel; we refund the first instalment less the value of work done and any translation/certification already carried out.
After submission
The first instalment and translation/certification fees are non-refundable, as the work is complete and the application submitted.
If the application is refused
The final instalment is never charged.
Government fees
Fees paid to third parties (embassies, visa centres, insurers) cannot be refunded by us and follow those bodies’ policies.
How to cancel
Send us a message from your client portal or WhatsApp +44 7877 301705; we reply within two working days. Refunds are made by the original payment method within 14 days.
